This one just cracked me up. I am not even sure what they are trying to accomplish with this photo as neither them nor I have mentioned dogs.

Mutant is right. I expect there is a 3rd arm that is hidden. Like I said no reason for the fake yet. The only thing I could think of is if there was a man there and they replaced him with a dog.
She definitely isn't left-handed though. She would throw her shoulder out trying to sign her name...... |
