This was amusing - a diplomat is bringing me a Trunkbox o' Cash. He's flying from London to New York. I guess he really likes flying - of course, Thai Airways is a very nice airline:

Yes...your Lad must love airplanes.
The combined flight time is about 29 hours.
The crew by law would get 4 days off in between both of those flights.

Also, London to Bangkok restricted economy class return is on sale with Thai...only 650 Pounds.
Bangkok to New York restricted return is also on sale...only US$1,800.

Hopefully your Lad is really up for that circulatory blockage in his legs that long haul travelers sometimes die from.

DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) actually - I've used it in a couple of baits (for example http://www.scamorama.com/reynolds_moreno.html) and in this exchange (Lad in red):

I told you about DVT a while back. It's Deep Vein Thrombosis. Google for it. DVT can kill, and my leg injury was so severe that it significantly increases the risk of DVT in flying, driving or other relatively static situations.
I'm killing you? Listen, buddy, you are asking me to quite literally risk my life! DVT can kill or cripple. Does that matter so little to you?
Stop thinking only about yourself and step into my shoes just for a moment. Get with the program and think about a solution that doesn't put my life at risk!
