This lad has had some major problems picking up his WU. Come to find out, it is because Lagos is no longer accepting transfers.

What is with that information? I mean, does he realize what that means? How do you respond to that?

Wonder if he has a baiter from another forum promising money transfers? Or does he have a WU agent bribed to pay out WU ignoring the stated payout region, as discussed elsewhere in here

All he's after is the WU info, all the Ohio info looks like is a baiter from somewhere that has established a drop box and fwd plan.
