hi ,.these guys offered me money and i see them cleanign it,its black coated dollar bills , is it genuine ever or counterfeit,.,.mike

Its fake, ALWAYS, what appear to be dollar bills are just plain pieces of paper dyed black, this scam is called wash-wash or black money scam, they will take a couple of "real" dyed notes from the trunkbox, then use detergents/cleaning chemicals to clean it, you might be offered the cleaned $20 to keep as a sign of good faith, but that's just scammer psychology to make you feel at ease.

They will then tell you they need a large amount of expensive chemicals to clean the millions of dollars that is dyed black, they might charge you anything between $20,000 - $100,000 for those chemicals, of course, the chemicals do not exist, and neither does the money,see these links for more information:

If offered money for nothing, or a fee before you will get the money, it's a scam. Tell everyone you know.
