A couple of days ago my main internet computer burned its processor, rendering it useless. I got out the old hard drive and stuck it into my other computer. I have now backed up everything I needed from that drive so I thought everything was going rather smooth.

Until I realised I forgot my password for MSN Messenger. It was saved on there and since I haven't actually typed it for a couple of months I forgot about it...

I'm running Windows XP on C:, and the recovered hard drive is on F:. I have looked around for any good freeware password recovery software but they are no use. I either have to pay to see the password or they display the password from C: and not from F:.

So the main question is: Does anyone know any good freeware password recovery software which can extract and decrypt the password from F: while running XP on C:?
