http://www.dnsstuff.com/ had always great tools for checking up IP�s etc. and I have used it almost everyday for the past 2 years.
I tried to log in yesterday and today and now they ask me to become a member first and also want a fee of 36 $ annually 
Any suggestions for an equal service which is (still) free?  |

What were you using it for?
If you scroll down the page the IP checking tools are still there- I've used them a few times since they put up that message and they still work.
If it ever does go all pay only here are a couple of sites:
For checking IP's and Header Analysis:

If you're doing research on a domain (I almost always use this when investigating a fake site, not DNSStuff):
http://centralops.net/co/DomainDossier.aspx
Centralops also has some other cool tools like Email Dossier if you want to get information about an email addy. |
