lottery scammers usually operate off of a script. Trying to get them off the script will not usually work as they stick to the script.

Stay away from Lottery scammers, as Bobcat says they stick to script and are very difficult to bait! I usually just sh*tcan any of them straight off.

there are so many better targets out there.

I baited a Lottery mugu a few weeks ago.

I let them run through a wrong MTCN Modality.

Not very funny, but also not much work. You could use a counterscript for baiting

They are all legitimate targets. Baiting lottery lads needs a lot of patience. I always bat straight to string them along for as long as poss - to ignore them totally would be criminal! Laughing

Take the bait as far as you can.
As others have mentioned, lotto goons stick to script. This doesn't mean you can't bait them- they are just more difficult.
Ergot has been baiting a lotto scammer for awhile- you can find his in Published.
Regardless if it's 2 emails or 28- you will be wasting their time, which is all that really matters.

Lotto baits only get to a certain point when they give up, very hard to get off script.
you might get a certificate with a RED SEAL OF TRUTH
you might get a scan of a cheque

i've been sending moneygram security forms, only ever got one back.

They don't want to do much for thier �570.00 (including insurance and vat)

I have noticed that many 419s include a netscape mailing address in the body of the message for responses. My guess is that it is because the place to report such spammers is probably NOT [email protected]. I have tried postmaster and abuse, so where would one report this growing trend to netscape?
