8:00AM: Posted an ad in the local classifieds to sell my POS car.
8:30AM: Received 3 emails from prospective buyers wanting to know what bank to send my check to, including COUNTRY???
8:45AM: Stumbled on 419eater researching what the heck that was all about.
8:45-???: LMAO at the archive material.
???: Registered to get access to the forum and found this safari thread.
???-???: LMAO at poor Jacob's idiocy.

It is now 8:01PM. I have been swindled out of 12 valuable hours of my life. I will go public with this atrocious fraud unless you remit to me monies ASAP via Western Union. Please do not be lyres or a pox be upon your house.

Am enjoying reading the bait.

In my experience with journalists, even just one is that s/he will get a few details wrong. If there are multiple _journalists_ baiting him, I would make sure they each get a few of the details wrong to keep him busy keeping things straight. Make him work hard in that regard.

If the fake article has been _leaked_, he may feel that his _story_ will lose value if he sits on it leaving him vulnerable to a new safari....assuming he thinks there is some value to it.

Perhaps as an insult, record sales could start climbing for some unknown reason. He's left with his expenses & the indicted musician cashes in as does the record company.

@freddibnah: I think it is best to suggest that George was somehow involved in the Enron financial debacle and that's why he skipped Texas to work in NYC in the music business. You can suggest that some courts still wants to question him under his old real name, "Ira" (never give out full names - they are too obvious!) and his initials are I.L.S. and that he is linked to Furst. I like the other suggestions but violence and stuff does not sound too believable for a lawyer in the music industry. And Jacob can do a Google on "Ira" and "Enron" and "Furst" and I am sure he would have many happy hours reading what he has found.

I think Jacob would basically LURVE having some dirt on George so that he can blackmail George for revenge! Very Happy

Let's just find out how "not stupid" he can get! Very Happy

Yeah, great idea! Build it up slowly but really menacingly over a few days so that Jacob would feel damn uncomfortable if he even thinks about f*cking George or his clients over. You get the drift - people that mess with George and his clients just seem to go missing in Africa, Russia, Europe, Far East, etc. You can pin at least 25 missing persons associated with George, and you want to know why. Then I think Jacob would eventually chicken out and then you will not have to pay anything to him! Very Happy

I'm a little disappointed that Jacob has not done any deals with other reporters. Very unlike him, unless his drive for revenge against George has taken over his mind for the moment. I would bet he's building up a pretty good dossier against Bobby and George at the moment.

And he has not written to Bobby for 3 days now! <sniff>

Still in Ghana - His IP keeps changing, but remains in Ghana. At the moment it's 193.220.176.133 which is very much in Ghana.

I'm guessing he keeps on changing from one cafe to another!

It's too much to hope he is penniless though, he has resources from somewhere. Shrek is keen to stop him getting back to SA and back to scamming. The theory is if we can keep him in for the "big hit" he will be distracted from his usual victims.
