We begin our story already in progress. I deleted the first few emails by mistake, however, those were superfluous to the overall story and aren't missed.

The cast of characters....

Usman Ahmed - earnest young man with a large amount of money being held by the SECURITY COMPANY.

Biff Pileon - Owner/President of PILE-ON Industries/Charities of Florida

Greg Okas - Highly recommended barrister of Mr. Ahmed. A bit part.

Jubril Mane - Director of ECOWAS DIPLOMATIC CARRIER SERVICE. Another bit part.

Mr. Michael Owen - Mercury Securities Inc. AKA THE SECURITY COMPANY.

Our story begins with a picture. Mr. Pileon wanted to establish the identity of the man he was dealing with. Afterall, we are dealing with a large amount of money.

We were made to understand that we as the appointed attorney to
over-see this transfer, must submitte to the holding company a power of
attorney on your behalf and a letter showing that you've been appointed by
our client and your principal,Mr Usman Ahmed to hold/recieve on his
behalf the said deposit once transfered to your position,this,they argued
was to enable them update their files as well as confer on them,the
necessary powers and prevailages to carry-out the said function/instruction.

This letter as you may wish to know,cannot be possible or drafted
without recieving the necessary information of you,we therefore seek you to

1.Your Full Name and physical contact address(not P.O.Box)

2.A scanned copy of your drivers licience or identity card or the
photopage of your Passport.

vault out from Dakar Senegal to your place,it's my

Greg Okas called on me some munis ago to update me
that the board of directors had accepted to effect the
transfer to Brussel,Belgium on the condition that we
shall pay them their accumulated charges of which i
told Barrister Greg Okas that i shall handle that for
i have little money left with me though i don't know
what the charges shall look like,for the most
important to me now is to see that the vault leaves
here immediately because am restless here due to war
etc in Africa,he told me that he will keep me informed
on the proceedings,he also told me that they gave him
their date's of shipment as follows,saturday's and
tuesday's every week.

Furthermore,i want you to know that the condition am
passing here is so rough of which i don't want to
continue it anymore,i want to know when it shall be
possible for you to be in Brussel,Belgium in order to
claim the vault from them because i don't want it to
stay there any longer,i want a stiuation whereby you
will be there as soon as it leaves here,please keep me

I am glad that things are proceeding. When will I be
required to be in Brussels? I have never been there
before, but I have heard a lot of good tyhings about
the place, especially in regards to their Sprouts.
Have you ever heard of Brussles Sprouts? I hear they
are good to eat, but are hard to catch as they are
pretty fast. Of course I have never seen one. I wonder
if they are anything like our tribbles that we have
here. If you know what a Brussels Sprout looks like
maybe you can compare it to a tribble and tell me if
it is close. I am enclosing a picture of a tribble.
They are fierce meat eating animals that will attack
you if they sense fear. Let me know when to book my
flight.

In respect to your mail,am really impressed for having
you as partner who will help me invest this deposit
into a lucrative venture,based on this,i promise you
once again that you will never regret to have me as
partner,furthermore,i have been in contact with
Barrister Greg Okas as i do tell you,he presented to
me the accumulated charges of the deposit,it amounted
on the sum of(Usd 15,220.00)as it may interest you to
know that the amount with me now is (Usd 15,500.00)of
which i can not afford to pay for their shipment
charge,after paying their accumulated charge and i
don't want to continue holding the cash with me
because the more it stays with me the more i will
continue to use it in eating or do personal
expenses,so i decided to us it and pay them,but they
told Barrister Greg Okas that they will not ship the
vault to Brussel,Belgium with-out their shipment fee.

Mr Biff,Barrister Greg Okas had done a great work
because i never expect that we shall come this far by
now,he now discussed with the controller of the
holding company on a way forward hence i don't have
any money again with me,the controller promised to
make the shipment on tuesday to Brussel,Belgium on the
condition that their branch in Brussel will not
release the vault to my partner until he pays them the
shipment fee and that i will enter into an agreement
with them before they will carry on-the shipment.

Finally,as you can see that i have exusted myself and
i don't have any money to sustain myself now,i want a
situation whereby i shall enter an agreement with them
so that they shall effect the transfer as schedule in
order for you to go down and cliam the vault from them
as soon as it leaves here,though i don't know the
amount it will be for the shipment as the controller
said that they will weigh it and know the amount it
will cost,i shall go back there on monday
morning,please i need to hear from you as you read
this mail so that i shall know my stand.

We wish to brief you on developments,in our discussions with the
Holding company(Safeguard Security Inc,dakar-senegal)towards effecting the
transfer of your cargo to Brussel,Belgium.

As you may wish to know,before now we have held series of meetings with
the management of safeguard security Inc,Dakar-Senegal in this
regard,severally,the controller was very adamant to all our
submission/application towards effecting the said transfer on a credit basis.They were of
the view that their shipment/other charges be paid to them here,prior
to shipment.Considering the prevailing condition/the pleas from our
client,Mr Usman Ahmed who made us to understand his economic state here,we
therefore,solicited and submitted on his behalf a letter of undertaking
to this effect,this,was approved on wednesday 11/02/04 during the
holding company's board of management emmergency meeting.Based on the
fore-going,therefore,it has been unianimousely agreed that the said cargo
shall be transfered to their correspondance office in
Brussel,Belgium,where it shall be handed over to you on full payment of their shipment
charges.

Inaddition,this morning we equally held a brief meeting with the
controller of the holding company,and he made us to understand that the said
cargo is already in their wharehouse for weighing and air-lifting.He
also informed us that an emmissary shall be accompanying the said
cargo,thus,once on arrival in Brussel,Belgium that you shall be
informed.Hopefully,based on all we've discussed with him,your cargo shall be
air-lifted tomorrow,17/02/04 to arrive Brussel on the morning of
tuesday,18/02/04.We shall be there once again,tomorrow morning with your principal,Mr
Usman Ahmed to sign the necessary documents on your behalf.

Finally,we wish to ask if you have put your fax mechine in order,so
that we can fax you the POA or do we hand over the said document to your
nominee and principal,Mr Usman Ahmed?Do keep us posted urgently,on this.
