Hey all

This is not scam related i know but i need help on this, a friend is beeing beaten up by her boyfriend, i would like to send the cops to get her, problem is i'm in france and over here they can't locate phone numbers and it is all i have
i tryed with the snapchat map .. nothing
facebook .. nothing
just have there names, phone numbers and 2 potential cityes (75% unsure)
