Finally, our "thick as a brick" package recipient is in contact about the missing package......or at least to find out who received it. She wrote to the committee coordinator Francis:

Dear Sir,

I was told the package have been delivered and I want to know is it to my side or some one else because I want to know whose address did you sent it and who received it, thank you as I wait to hear from you.

Befuddled but cheerful, Francis writes back

I am a bit confused by your statement I want to know is it to my side or some one else This sentence does not make sense to me. "Is it to my side"? I am confused by this. Nonetheless, with a bit of clarification I"m sure I can help you out.
In the meantime, I do trust things have improved for you and that God's blessings will continue to wash over you. Our other recipient in Ireland was so excited she went directly to Amsterdam to pick up her package and has since begun her new life with flair! It is a joy for us to witness these events.
Please be sure to send pictures of your salon when it opens so we can share the good news among the congregation. It is success stories like these that infuse our committee with renewed purpose and a true joy for our work. Often, we become automatons to the process of gathering up supplies, packaging etc and then shipping. When we see smiling faces and read success stories though, we know our work here is valuable and truly does make a difference. We are proud to be working with you.

He is oblivious to any problems.....and it might take some time before he truly clues in.
