Mr. Gary S. Anderson (or Gary Sanderson, his name has varied) is "The Lead Chief Judge" of "Wikileaks officials information" and he's lost his temper somewhat with Cammy. He told her:

Now Cammy had never bought those cards, and had trouble finding them, but eventually she did, and told him the good news.
