A typical Nigerian scammer trying to fish money out of innocent people.

Hello,

I have deposited the cheque with Bancarios bank on care of ( Barr. John Kutty ) as we discussed. Please mail him immediately to send the cheque to you. I am in Columbia now.

I kept USD4.5m cashier cheque and will send you the rest of money after my business trip here.
I sent you so many mails but all bounced back.

So mail ( Barr. John Kutty ) with below email for him to send the cheque to you:

Kindly re-confirm to him your personal information per as follow:

He replied quite quickly, apparently not having tried calling the number I sent.

I want to advise you, based on my discussion with Mr Ego who left this check with me here, the best and possible way of getting this funds to you is by Bank wire transfer, This is because, this days, delivery or mailing of checks, do encounter many interceptions from here to oversees. And for that reason, i will advise you to allow me get the check to the Bank, remit it and get it transferred to you. It will only cost you $300.00usd.

At same hand, mailing of checks here will demand a national security approval Tags before delivery, this is to avoid interceptions as i mentioned above. And this Tags will cost 450.00USD. Therefore, i do not know what you think or what you prefer, but i am just giving you advice on what i feel is better.

Or converting the cashier check to an ATM MASTER CARD and have it delivered to your address which will cost $280.00usd only.

Therefore, tell me what you plan . Take note of the corresponding fees of both Bank wire transfer and mailing of the check as i mentioned above, and get back to me as urgent as possible.

The scammer apparently doesn't appreciate the idea of travelling, so I get this email from him.

I have no intention of sending money to this guy, so I show signs of uncertainty.

I'm afraid I cannot send you the money via Western Union, as I find my girlfriend much more important than all the money in the world.
However, I would be fine with transferring the money some other way, if that is alright with you. My girlfriend, Stella, recommended an ordinary bank transfer. Would this work for you?

I would reply to him.....tell him that it is not his place to tell you who you can and cannot discuss your private affairs with, and you want an apology from him for being so arrogant toward you.
After he replies, tell him you are uncomfortable sending money via WU to persons unknown. I believe their own website states this too. Moneygram does, at least here in Canada. Anyway, tell him your girlfriend suggested a bank transfer instead. This way the account can be reported and you can start a pork farm here on Eater with a pig collection.

I don't know if this is the same John Kuty lawyer character I have baited, but the name is the same. He will back down on stuff after having a hissy fit to begin with.
