Anna is at a beautiful safari resort in a beautiful country she has never visited before, and Sven expects her to spend her vacation sitting by the hotel computer waiting for him to email or message her? When he could have made the SMALL effort of coming to Benin to spend the vacation with her? Oh, no, sir. Clearly, she is going to fully enjoy her vacation, and she will check her messages if and when she damn well pleases. He can just suck it up and deal with his own failures as a man.

^^^^ oh yes, he'll be happy. Especially when he will see that Anna is either online or her messages are instantly received on messenger, but she won't respond right away. Anna will make arrangement that she can leave one of the computers in the media room logged in and one of the (very cute if I may say) men from the resort staff will hit refresh now and then (so it looks like she's online or active on messenger, but she's really just lounging at the pool, sipping bloody mary's.
