Anna read those messages this morning and unlike the rest of this week, today I wasn't the first to contact him. Almost all the time he won't chat until Anna sends a message. I'm curious to see how long it takes till he breaks. He didn't contact me so far. Neither have I

No, he is not. The way he treats Anna, he is not in love. He asked for money again. Anna is his shot at a ticket out of Africa, and he still thinks he can get money. Romance scammers are good at their game. Some very good, but if I was treated in real life the way Sven treats Anna, I would walk away and never look back.
