I've put all other reading on hold to reread The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. I've read the book every summer since I was 13 and always take away something new. |

Just started reading the Hornblower series for the fourth or fifth (or sixth) time. It's noticeable how punctuated they are. You can't get through a paragraph without running across a deluge of commas, semicolons and hyphens. |

Chickenhawk by Robert Mason, the story of an American helicopter pilot during the Vietnam War. The gradual disintegration of his mental state under the terrible pressures of combat Is both fascinating and horrifying to read about. |
