In Syria, the Attacks never Stop... Every day is a bad day here, I see a lot of innocent people die, just good innocent people.

The situation today is very critical, We are in constant fear, as not knowing where the bomb will drop next is very terrifying...
Aleppo may soon come under siege. We need the world to be watching.

You would think the streets would be empty because people are exhausted and have nowhere to go, but the town is full of skeleton-like people walking around in a daze, looking for scraps of food from 6:00am until sunset. every day they wake up and think that they will miraculously find a store open. They go to the sour hoping to find undiscovered food. But the shutters remain closed and shops are completely empty.

The situation continues to worsen across Syria. The use of deadly explosive weapons — including cluster bombs — is increasing as aid supplies are dwindling, hospitals are overcrowded and roads are badly damaged by bomb craters. Children are among the most vulnerable, experiencing bombing, facing starvation, and dying from preventable diseases.

There is no food at all in Aleppo. There are cases of malnutrition and citizens have resorted to cooking soups made purely of spices in order to stave off hunger. There is no baby milk and no breast milk due to malnutrition. I think we are on the verge of witnessing deaths from starvation...

Just today, at least 15 people including children were killed in an air strike on a marketplace in a rebel held part of the city of Aleppo.
The strike was one of 6 in the rebel-held east today that left a total of 35 people dead. Government forces, backed by Russian warplanes,
launched an all-out assault to take control of Aleppo. The Syria Civil Defence, whose rescuers are known as the White Helmets, said a
number of women and children were at the market when it was hit. I was able to get a video reportedly showing rescuers coming under attack from the air as they tried to rescue the injured.

I do not use smartphone. So I do not have LINE. My son has my iPad but he never returned it to me. He is in Kamakura and I am in Osaka, very far away. My son installed LINE in my iPad and using it with his girlfriend in Seoul. He does not want me to see what he is talking with his friends, especially the girlfriend. That is why he never return it to me forever.

I work at hospital administration office. Handling personal information of the patients. I am not allowed to go out from work place during office hour. That is why the hospital has small bank branch for employees to use. The bank in hospital is not only for patients. Because we can't go out, the bank provide service there.

In addition, April is the time newly graduated employees are joining. As a manager, I need to take care of new hires. Today was ceremony for new hires joining the hospital works, including doctors and nurses and pharmacists and some specialists, together with the administration office staffs. I was working until late today. How could I take time to find the plane where I never gone before after finishing my work at 9pm? I am so exhausted, and shops and offices are already closed when I went out from my work place.

I received your email yesterday after bank was closed. I could not send to Kawauchi-san. However, I went to bank in my workplace this morning, and I was asked to show identification information and written claims of the transfer.

1) For my ID to the bank, I forgot to bring my ID card. I will need to revisit the bank tomorrow.

2) For written claim, as amount is 150,000 Japanese Yen, bank asked me to provide the written claim that proves that I need to send this amount to the given bank account. Please provide written claim requesting to send amount of 150,000JPY for what purpose, and the details of 150,000JPY.

I have talked with the bank about Western Union. The bank here is small branch with only one staff for limited functions, and the staff did not know about Western Union. He took 2 hours to find out how to handle Western Union by asking around to his main office in the city center. The small branch does not handle Western Union directly, because needs are none. He said that he need to get back to their main office to handle it, need some forms to prepare, so it will take total of 3 to 5 working days. Do you still prefer Western Union?

It might be appropriate to ask lad why Tamako was supposed to send money to Ghana. LOL

Another delaying tactic you could use is that Tamako has heard that soldiers in Syria should ask their Commanding Officers to contact their unit's Base Camp in the US to ask the Families' Officer to call on the son and the sitter. He can make sure that money is provided, as this is his job. Twisted Evil

Please send the written claim of the 150,000JPY why it is needed, from your side, ether the woman who is receiving or your sitter. The bank is asking, not me. Do not be upset about me. There are lots of frauds and money laundries nowadays, so the bank is working together with the police to prevent such crimes. So that is why bank has right to ask about the additional information such as written notes about the payment.

OR do you think I should print your emails and show to the bank? It does not look like formal written claims so I don't know bank will agree with it

which do you prefer, send me the formal written claims from either Japanese woman or the sitter?
Or let me use the printed emails from you to show to the bank?

Tamako is DV survivor. She should have panic attack after lad giving her these pressures. Now Tamako is unable to work today on Friday and should stay home over the weekends, hahaha.

You really made me sick by threatening me with lots of pressures. I have PTSD due to DV by former marriage.

I was tortured with asthma, had sudden spasm and RD several times and I was unable to work on Friday. I was resting yesterday on Saturday and want to rest today too.

I go to work tomorrow if I feel better. If you still want me to send 100,000 to Mule-san, please prepare the written claim from either Mule-san or your sitter. I found a nearest ticket shop dealing with the western union bank, but I can't go there during weekdays.

Just simple note of details about what 150,000 JPY consist of is fine. For example, 100,000 for what and 50,000 is for what. And identify the name of recipient.

Also I need copy of ID card of the recipient, such as driver's licence, personal identification card (like My Number Card in Japan) or health insurance card, or in case of sitter in United States, Social Security Number should be fine.

You really should help me to do things smoothly. Don't get angry with me and make me scared.

Thank you very much for your great help. I went to bank today during lunch hour.
The transfer is currently pending for unknown reason. I could not get back to bank after that because I was so busy this afternoon. I will have overtime today.
I will get back to the bank tomorrow to get further explanation.
Anyway, I did my part. I am so happy. I will go to Nagoya for meeting with lawyer, then go to Kamakura to meet with my son and my parents over the weekends.
I wish everything goes well.
