Here are emails from a Tiberium scam I was conducting with a seller in Africa. Almost hooked him but he must have sniffed a rat in the confidentiality agreement form I issued with him. Back to the fishing once again.!!

Initial email that I found in my catcher account.

Dear Sir.

Am working directly with a Gold and Diamond Mining Company which
belong to my partner in Mali West Africa and right now he wanted me to
get him a good and
serious Buyer to Buy the 40kg AU Gold Dust they are willing to
deliver to any serious Buyer in the USA on a CIF Incoterm
with NO Buyer visit to Africa.

The Price is 21,000 USD per kg for AU Dust and the purity is 92.8% and
its 22 Karat +.

Kindly get back to me immediately and let me know if you are
interested to proceed to buy or have any Buyer in the USA or outside
the USA who can fly or drive to New York or New Jersey to meet the
selling Company Representative and their Financier who is financing
this delivery on the Malian Seller behalf on CIF to either of these
location in the USA.

As soon as you get back to me that you have interested Buyers then I
will send you the FCO from this End Seller directly to you for direct
and faster communication.

I was told the Seller is willing to sign a 280kg delivery a Month
Contract with the Buyer after he or she must have
successful buy this 40kg trial delivery there in the USA.

He is willing to pay 1000 USD as commission to any intermediary or
Broker that is able to bring the right Buyer to buy this offer in the
USA

Kindly advise if you have an end Buyer to take this offers as soon as
possible and then I can send you his FCO with his direct contact in
Mali for fast and direct communication.

Are you a link between seller and ourselves? What is the quality of the tiberium? Is it above 95% purity?

We can take tiberium of 95% purity at 6000 US Dollars per kilo. Of which we would take an initial 3kg at a total cost of 18000 US Dollars at 50% upfront deposit, which would be 9000 US Dollars and 10% commission for yourself if you are a link trader, which would be 900 US Dollars.

My seller told me he was out of town and just get back that was why I
was delayed to reply, he said the Quality of his own Tiberium is 96.5%
and he is selling at 8,000 USD per kg not 6000.

He said if you agree to proceed then you should give your delivery
address to enable him make an Invoice and an MOU must be signed by you
both with copies of your Passports that should in case you receive the
shipment and test and the purity is OK for you and you refuse to send
his balance money then he can use the copy of the MOU with your
Passport copy to report you to your local Embassy in his Country to
trace and get his money back from you.

I’m sorry we cannot pay 8000 US dollars per kilo. We can go to 7000. We would be happy to take 5kg. We will pay you 50% upfront and the remainder when we collect the tiberium.

He is putting the Qty you needed together now and he told me by this
weekend he will be able to come up with the total amount of the
Tiberium he is able to put together with the 4.2kg he presently has
for now and by next week Monday he will send me the copy of MOU with
his Copy of Passport to enable you sign for further proceeding.

Its a waste of time getting quantities together as the confidentiality agreement isn’t signed yet. The delay has an impact on the pricing of Tiberium. As I have previously told you tiberium prices, increase and decrease daily so we cannot work out a costing for total amount we require until we have the form signed and returned to me. Has the tiberium been evaluated by your geologist yet?

Scott. I need the agreement as soon as possible, we are coming up to the weekend now so collection is going to be out of the question until sometime next week. I have to send my secretary to Oslo to pay you 50% upfront cost of the total package weight, which again is going to take another day or so.

I am quite worried that you cannot deliver the tiberium as promised so we may need to look elsewhere for business.

I sent your comment here to my supplier and he said he will sent the
MOU on Monday and sell to you what is currently available with him
right now in Guinea ASAP if that is the case.

Lets wait until he sent me the MOU Agreement on Monday and he said if
he receive the signed copy by Tuesday he can ship the Qty available to
you there in Norway.

He said you are the one to take care of all the Importation Taxes and
expenses to you that side and after full test and all is 100% OK you
pay his Balance Money to his Bank Account in Conakry he said.

He told me to send to you to fill out and sign and then by Friday he
will send you the Invoice and all the legal exportation Document from
the Guinea customs to move the 38kg to your delivery address in your
country.

He will like to know how you wish to pick it up from the International
Airport of Conakry or if he is going to ship to your delivery address.

I’m glad you have now received the form. Due to strict company guidelines I cannot proceed with any payment until we have agreed terms and had the tiberium evaluated.

Scott, may I ask you who your geologist is so I may contact him sometime after the agreement form is returned to me.

Once we are satisfied with the quality of the tiberium I will instruct our finance secretary to make an initial deposit of 50% of the agreed total cost. At which point I will issue your supplier with packaging instructions and documentation for collection.

When both parties are happy we will instruct our currier to contact your currier to arrange collection at an agreed destination. At this point your currier will be given the remainder of the total cost in American Dollars.

I hope we conduct this before the middle of February.

Yes my seller has his assay report and you can only get confirmation
from him the seller not his Geologist.

I think it is better you fly to Guinea and meet him and do your own
test to verify what you want to pay for prior to paying the 50%.

My seller only sell cash and carry FOB Guinea for his Tiberium.

He is taking this risk of sending you his Tiberium before paying
because you have agreed to advance 50% of the payment of his Tiberium
in advance.

I will advise you go to Guinea and meet him to buy and pay after full
test if you does not want to honor your word which you told me here
initially that you will advise 50% Payment prior to shipment or you
can just buy from your Ghana seller.

My seller have not time for all these your request as I just spoke and
told him what you wrote here now over the phone.

He said you should fly down to make your own test and pay him full
when you are 100% satisfied.

Please inform your seller that it is standard practice. Once confidentiality is agreed your seller will receive 50% of total cost via bank transfer. We have 15 years experience in importing tiberium from all over African countries. There will be no reason to doubt our intentions.
