I have made no attempt to contact him in ages, and he hasn't tried to contact any of my characters. I don't know if he ever tried to reach Gomer since Master went AWOL. My other co-baiters are also long gone. 
Shorty was profoundly boring at the end. He was completely broken, unwilling to cross the street for $30M. It was a great ride while it lasted -- several years! -- but trying to keep that bait going was like beating a dead horse. |

I think, there are a few possibilities.
first, get a character who was always friendly to him, maybe the deaded charlene? (I think, she died or was deaded), and get him to talk about his situation. no real bait, no promise of valued goods of any kind...
and then provide other lads with new gay shorty pics.
