^^ Certainly a vladette using the same opening scripts. What I find so annoying about vladettes is their way of totally ignoring the content of replies and just blindly forging ahead with wall after wall of text, which will eventually lead to an announcement that they are coming to your country, regardless as to whether, or not, you have agreed. They haven't read that bit. I just hate them. Something to do with what seems to be stubborn ignorance, but, for all I know, this may be a very successful tactic with real victims. Can't imagine they are much fun to bait, though.
