Hey guys… Stumbled upon this gem of a forum, and I have always looked for ways to fuck with these guys. I recently had something for sale and was contacted with the typical "Ill have someone pick up the item after check clears" blah blah blah. Anyway, I live in a remote part of the country and he overnighted the check to me, which I figure can't be too cheap. At least he is out some money… Im gonna see if I can get him to send another one as I might lose the first one… haha

Anyways, fuck these people!

The scammer you are messing with has all your real life details, but all you have are the fake details he gave oyu. You would be advised to drop contact with him - don't tell him you know it is a scam or anything like that, just ignore him.

As to costing him some money, you won't - you will cost whoever's shipping account has been compromised money.

The bad news is that the lad (scammer) obviously has some real-life personal details about you. This is a no-no -- you must DROP HIM immediately.
If he contacts you again, ignore him. That comes under our strict rules for safe baiting.

However, did you not have him overnight a check to your residence? Either way, he does have your number. You need to just drop him.

So he didn't actually "*overnight the check " to you then, he sent it to a fake address.

He could still cause you problems just with your phone number (and email address if he has that?).

But like the other baiters have advice you should never bait one of these scammer with your real details.
Best to drop him for now and get yourself some new ones with a new shine gmail account to use, with what ever name your imagination can come up with Smile

Once you have done that head to the surplus forum and pick yourself out some lads Thumbs up

I'm kinda new here so my advices wouldn't be as valuable as these other guys ^^^ , but there is so many fish in the see that there is no need to take any chance with a lad that has some of your real life info, even though chances are slim he might actually do something with it. Just not worth it, drop the guy and start fresh!
