It's a real pity that I can't record my incoming calls, as yet another "diplomat" has been reduced to near tears due to his incompetence.

He was meant to arrive in Switzerland yesterday and call me - no calls all day, except some from a withheld number that are auto-rejected. His barrister was told that he was a lazy incompetent idiot and that I doubted he had even left Paris and the instruction was given that he should call me at 08:00 CET. No call at 08:00, but eventually at 09:45 he calls.

My response after he explained who he was

The call then continued for about 5 minutes with him repeatedly saying "Do you know who you are insulting" and me replying with increasingly venomous insults to his intelligence and ability to do his job, such as
