Nope, found it through the ABA number. All reported to both the bank & FinCen. If the bank finds suspicious activity in the account they will first file a SAR (Suspicious Activity Report) and monitor it for a brief while.
If they feel that their customer is not involved, they will offer to close the account and reopen one for the customer.
