In that scam he's using the name of the first president of Mali but the phone number he's quoting leads to other scams including the sale of gold.

I think that it's only because of all the ads on the site that your a/v doesn't like it.

The first website I ever built was on Freewebs and it was pretty basic and full of ads even in those early days.

I want to pin him down to accepting that he'll only get cash when Ludmi!!a flies in with cash. Then we're in safari territory. If we all do the same, it would be fun if we can all arrive on the same day.

I also happen to be baiting another Lad in Mali and If I could throw him in to the mix, that would be fun.

I've done some research on this gang and they have been operating extensive scams over many years and indeed operate other charity scams.

They even have a facebook page for a children's orphanage in Lagos, but it's a shame that if you blow up the photo it clearly states 'India' on the sign. It also has writing in Hindi. On that basis the photos they've taken from other legitimate charities, including from a major US charity, are just being exploited for money. They then make friend requests to church groups and other charities seeking donations.

They're a special kind of scum.

They want an invoice and I just need to be careful it isn't something they can easily use to re-cycle for fraud against other people. I think they're a family of general traders from what I can see.
