A litre of Irn Bru, Big Mac Meal and a wander in the rain. Works everytime! Smile

Sleep, lots of water and a bag of crisps is also good.

Chug a gallon of water. After nature calls, get some sleep and then drink nothing but strong shots of vodka, gin, liqueur, beer, etc and then rinse and repeat.

In my experience, nothing works better than:

1) Heaps of water during the night and before going to sleep
2) The inhaling of certain, er, illicit herbal substances just before bed
3) A nice sleep-in, but not so much that you oversleep
4) More of said herbal substances upon properly waking
5) A long, hot shower
6) Some strong coffee and a big, unhealthy breakfast

If any headaches or nausea still persist, then a couple of panadols usually take care of it.

PS - I started this Thread since the Wee Beastie was giving me absolutely no Sympathy. I didn't figure I would get any out of you Bunch either but was pleasantly surprised so for that I thank you. As a Trained Professional or DD ( Designated Drinker that is) I usually don't usually run into this kind of problem but there are days....

Michael Grade said that his mum used to feed him on them despite their being Jewish. She reckoned that they had nourishing properties you just didn't get anywhere else. Maybe she was right, young Michael ran the BBC twice, ITV and Channel 4 at different points so he certainly didn't suffer from it.
