I like the hearts better than the gizzards and I have been meaning to ask him if they eat the heart and liver too. I'd just about kill for a pint of lizards and gizzards from KFC.

I fried up some hamburger and mixed it into macaroni and added some cheese to it. It is a good quick meal that I can roll up in a tortilla and take to the rig floor to eat while the work is happening.

I didn't know KFC sold gizzards! KFC was my very first place of employment, back before they called it KFC. I don't like liver, and I agree about the hearts. Dang I am craving them now!
