How long before he asks me to check my Spam folder? Place your bets now please 
I got a lad who got my number and Email off a lad who tried a recovery scam on me.
He calls me up on Wednesday and after two calls to my number totalling almost half an hour (we got disconnected once after he ran out of credit  ) he finally says he is going to send me an Email. Why he wasted half an hour on the phone telling me that remains a mystery.
The mail goes straight to my Spam folder. So time wasting tactic number one - I pretend like I haven't received it and await for him to call and suggest I check my Spam folder. So Thursday comes around with another 5 minute call by him whilst I specify I have nothing in my INBOX. Now you would have thought that a scammer might be painfully aware that their scripted Emails often end up in peoples Spam folder. Does he ask me 'have you checked your Spam folder?' this morning when he rings me again (judging by abrupt end to conversation he ran out of credit again), no, he just keeps on sending me Emails that end up in my Spam folder, 6 in total and he still hasn't twigged to ask me.
I'm sure some of these lads must never make a dime in their lives out of this. |

Your lad seems too thick to have it occur to him that you need to check your spam folder. Eventually you may have to tell him, "your emails have been going to my spam folder. Why do you suppose that happened?"  |

Sometimes I get two E-mails from a new Lad character. One ends up in Spam the second in my inbox. Don't know if it's an intentional trick of their trade or not. I'm certainly not going to educate the lads that aren't doing it though. |
