Thanks for that list, but I don't think you understand...NONE of those are available to me. I'm on Molokai, all of those are on Oahu (a completely different island). There is no office "closest to me" unless I grow flippers and swim.
When I bought my truck, I was able to send the money straight from my bank to the dealer's bank. Would that work for this?
