Not sure if I should be posting this, but I have just found this link from the Lithuanian Government website. I am pretty shocked by the webpage, and could be easily used by scammers and other not such honest people, so I do feel that it shouldnt be in the public domain.

I am shocked at how irresponsible a European country can be in publicizing such features of their passports with todays fraud and terrorism.

Just after your views on this matter, and would it be worth highlighting the dangers to the Lithuanian gov.

This appears to be a very basic guide to anti counterfeit passports. Probably intended for those who might request passports as identification in public situations. This kind of basic information can be found all over the web, sometimes published like the Lithuanians do on their website.
