You got the right color so you can use the drop-box, no problem there. Ask them to make a few pictures and then destroy the check's so they can never say you helped them or had fake check's in your possession. Marking the pictures isn't bad either, but you might want to edit one or two to show him you did what he asked you. Mark those with "specimen" or "sample" so there's no confusion about it. Laughing

It's a bit more tricky to keep this bait going or you email has been hacked and all payments are caught by Mr. Gomer. Wink

But this is basically the end of the bait when you can't produce the money. Make sure you never sent anything by mail for him, in the States thats a federal crime and the postal services are very good in finding their man/woman

Thanks Bill. I am using the prem. drop box so I was worried about that. Honestly at this point I just want to get those items. I know they can be reproduced again but it will take time to recover the loss of them.

I've also PMd my mentor and hope to get a response but will probably go ahead and "take the job". Smile

You are all a bunch of great individuals, I don't care WHAT the lads say! We all know they lie anyway. Wink

So ... I am going to tell him I'm willing to do the job for him. I have already told him my housemates steal my mail (he tried to get me to cash a check already and it was "stolen" ...which got the cops involved and his blood pressure up already) so I'm already good to go on that excuse for various situations. The deal is that he is going to send me the names and the addresses of potential victims to send the fake checks to. I won't be sending him any cash via WU.

But that brought me to another thought... what if these individuals got a flyer in the mail (instead of a check) warning them of Scams and directing them to Scamwarners.org? Too obvious? I know we don't want the lad to know he's been baited but I don't want them to just say "I didn't get it" and he send them another check.

And wouldn't it be interesting if someone from Eaters got a flyer? LOL.

So after almost 100 e-mails between the lad and I he is finally convinced I won't chop his dolla and that the package will arrive to me just fine. He's sending the package and wants to stay in constant contact over the weekend. Too bad as a young woman in a smallish town I want to go to the city for the weekend and party...

@Sharky - any luck baiting him? He stays on script pretty well but once he's off he's WAY OFF. Our conversation now is about death. Shocked
