Baiting help please

I'm new to baiting and could use some help. Up until now, none of my baits have come close to the subject of money.

Yesterday, one was hospitalized, while working in Nigeria.

I'm thinking of asking for a copy of the hospital bill??? But wondering if that could make me appear too intelligent & lose the bait??

Would love some feedback.

If your doing Romance baiting it could be weeks before you are asked for money. Romance scammers usually go very slow as to build up your feelings for them. Once they feel you are hooked they will start being needy. Needing money for this or that, and they may not come right out and ask, but hint at it, till you suggest it yourself. A slow crime of persuasion, if you will.

Yes I'm doing romance dating. I've been baiting these 3 for about 2 months. 2 are daily email exchanges, with one asking for me to send him a laptop last week.

But the other, has invested a lot of chat time & is exactly as you described. Now that I've got that straight, on w/the bait.

In response to your original question--asking for a copy of the bill definitely could get you dropped.

Of course if your character has money, you could ask for the hospital info because you want to send flowers...
