Hello,
I as had posted before, I almost fell for a real estate scam. I just stopped answering their e-mails as Jose Cuervo advised and they seem to have forgotten me.
Altough a few minutes ago, I have received another e-mail, not sure if it is the same guy or not.
I've been reading the forums a lot and I've never seen someone bait a real estate guy. I'm not experienced enough to do this as I am still reading stories, learning tricks  Anyone up to it?

Play it utterly straight to begin with, so that you hook him good.
You could begin by asking whether he wants land with zoning for development, or wilderness, or whatever. Straight down the line. You have all sorts of land, of course.
Once he thoroughly believes you are serious, and you learn more of how his scam operates, then you can tie him up with all sorts of bogus paperwork requirements, from environmental impact studies to non-resident withholding tax requirements..... to Sarbanes-Oxley, Roe v Wade, or whatever. 
All the great trophies and serious Lad humiliation have come from patient, measured straight baiting. |

actually why not tell him that you work for a Real Estate Company that specialises in converting former US Military bases into Commercial Housing?
That way, you can make up whatever the hell you want terminology wise and how is he gonna be able to call you a liar? Then tell him your current project is to sell "Pine Gap" base back to the Australian government at X millions of dollars and see if he bites:
