I have changed something in my browsing preferences and I can not figure out how to change it back. Sad

When browsing and hovering over a button with the cursor it will now show the link (see below). Some of the links are a mile long and it's driving me nuts.

How do I disable that function?

I have checked everywhere (I think) in "tools > preferences" and still no luck.
