lala.com - help needed

a friend recommended i listen to a track from one of her cd's.
i could only find it on lala.com, but sign-up is only available to usa residents.
however, i think that once a login is created, i could use it thereafter.
so is someone in the usa willing to create a [listen only] account for me, so i can listen to that track?
if so, please pm me the login [eg, r2d2-419] and password.

eta - no, sorry. My laptop can connect (it has a proxy i hide behind) but no recording software, while my other computers have the software but no proxy.

have you tried a free proxy for the moment - but beware, after a few listens you can only get a 30 second sample

i've installed foxyproxy, but haven't figured how to find proxies in a particular country (in this case, usa).
if you can offer any advice on that, i'd be grateful

Sorry 'bout that.

And I can't help you on foxyproxy; I have Vista and IE7 with HideIP (paid one). I suspect you have XP with Firefox.

If and when you do manage to get it loaded, I can recommend Audiograbber which will grab your sound and turn it into a .wav or .mpg file.

The best I can do is record though a microphone at the moment.
