I was in a Western onion site today and noticed the receiver form (I grabbed a copy and will scan when I'm home) You are required to have the MTCN number now so all the incorrect MTCN modalities really do hurt now. They are also requiring Valid ID for collection (I assume its UK only that bit)

The Onion clerk also showed the customer a form which asked questions and if you answer yes to them it was fraud (Asking Is it someone you have just met off the internet asking for money. Is it for courier fees)
