I try to avoid phone lads using GMail for just this reason. Google seems to require several reports from several different people before they'll do anything. Case in point, I myself reported this lad to google 3 or so weeks ago, and I didn't get so much as an auto-reply back. I'm glad you see the positive though...it gives us a way to keep getting URLs from him |

He major-league screwed up in his last invoice. Couldn't get his math right and was going to overcharge me by $200. I pointed it out rather indignantly. Now, he's scrambling to lower his price -- and, at the same time, hand writing me a nice, long letter of apology! |
