This seems like a mass bait waiting to happen; I also feel a trophy of hand drawn money if we play our cards right.

Hmm, interesting, it looks like the lad is willing to send you a sample, would this be a fake or the real thing? I'm going to report this post before we get into the cash baiting discussion as I'd like their input as to where this scam lies, I think getting samples of the paper might be a good idea, but I'll await the Mods input on this one first.

The thing about this scam, I think myself anyway, is that you send whatever amount of dollars for euros, and get short changed on the exchange, It's not a problem to send 50 euro, for 150 dollars, it can be real, why not, its a small amount to payout for a huge collection, do that a few thousand times and well done, a great scam

I would steer well clear of this bait for two reasons.
(1) This may be regarded as cashbaiting by some despite the lad offering to send a sample.
(2) You do not know if there is any risk to you or a drop box operator as you don't know whether the sample is genuine or a forgery.
