Devil woman - the oak tree question relates to Cammy's rituals to Freyja. She needs an oak to stand for Yggdrassil, the World Tree; of course, it has to be in a private place.

If he doesn't have one in his garden (if he has a garden), then he has to buy one and transplant it. It can be just a sapling, of course.

And either way, it has to be consecrated with honey.
