Variant on a Cancer Patient Letter hit my catcher tthree days ago, offering me a share of (emphasis added):

He claimed to have traded in gold and diamonds before he fell ill. Obviously the accounting was done by someone else.
Cammy replied, and was passed on to "Hon. Bishop B. O., Finance Controller" aka Hon. Bishop O. Brusia of Foreign Remittance, who asked Cammy for three things (emphasis added):

Now that last one is totally new to me. Has anyone else received such a request?
