Fellow baiters

Last night I managed to keep a Lad on the phone for 18 minutes 5 seconds, trying to "confirm" the details of where/how to send his payment.
Apart from "Western Union" and "send money" I didn't understand a word he said.

He rang back from another number 10 mins later apologising for the fact his credit had run out and gave me a different numner to call him back.

I had the fred willy (Aids lad) on for nearly an hour and a half, I make them talk slowly clearly and they do need to explain things. 18 minutes for a first call isn't bad though!
