Okay well here's what it is; I'd be curious to hear some theories. I know it's not nearly as good as some of the stuff I've heard people do with them, but I thought it would be fun to have them argue with a program.

So the idea is that every hour or so it process the mail. Any replies that came in from the spammers gets replied to with a wingnut response that just encourages them to go in circles.
How long can you keep them going with non sequential gibberish? |

Is this something we want to encourage? I'd imagine the lads will just ditch the account and start again, which really doesn't cause them much of a headache. This seems akin to trying to close lads' email accounts, albeit voluntarily rather than via the provider, but the end result is the same, and one that we don't really want.
faceman, you'll find information in the stickes that explains why we don't try to kill scammers' email addresses. While I applaud the attempt to try to annoy a large number of lads in a fairly short time, I'm just not sure that it's particularly productive long-term. |

Try it again if you can; I just gave it another go. I commented out the line that sends emails 
I tested it out and it looks like it's working now. I get about 20-30 replies a day, which is pretty nice! |
