Don't mind me. I'm really just posting this so I can have just one link for my sig line.

These are trophies I got from an 18 month long bait. The lad came to me with a refugee with millions scam.

Audio: Lads reads a story about a haunted house The Haunted Mansion. Complete with sound effects. I had the record and book when I was a child.

A Troll I don't know, it's a troll. Also, I had to think of a reason to have the lad cover another lad with flowers so I could enter a trophy competition on eater.

A Pirate's life Based on the Disneyland ride "the pirates of the Caribbean". I had recently went and came up with the idea during the ride. My kids love that place Very Happy

Battling knights and Indiana Jones I was running out of ideas and saw that Monty Python movie. Indian Jones was still lingering in my mind from my recent trip to Disneyland.

All these pictures were supposed to be used for a fund raiser. My character had the fund raiser and it was quite successful. After cashing the check with the lads share and his, he was shot and robbed by local gang members. He woke up three weeks later in the hospital, paralyzed from the waist down. Since the lad goofed up so many times my character had to quit his job and take out loans to finance the fund raiser. My character's share of the money was going to be used to pay off loans and his mortgage as his home was going to be foreclosed.

The lad did not care about any of this in the least bit. I doubt he even gave it a thought. He even asked a second character to threaten me in the hospital. This lad was the definition of narcissism.

The lad's next move was to send me dozens of "poor me" Emails explaining how he was broke, his wife divorced him, the courts awarded her his house and he was forced to live in a one bedroom apartment.

Ultimately, the lad sent me almost three hundred Emails without me responding back to him. Threatening me, and then begging me for money. Finally, his emails were just to tell me I was evil, I scammed him, and he lost every thing. The thing about these emails was the writing style in each was different and obviously not written by him. Something tells me all he did was copy and paste emails sent to him by his victims. The lad sent my first character all this crap while at the same time he was trying to scam my second character with NOK scams and fake checks.

Every now and again I straight bait him for a few days. He is undeterred and is still doing his lad work.

Excellent. I gave scambaiting a try months back, but the lad was pretty persistent about his money and wasn't willing to do much. How do you go about finding these lads?

It's not so much about finding the right lad. It's more about convincing him he will get paid after he does what you ask. You need to get him hooked on the idea just like he gets his victims hooked on those silly million dollar deals.

You also have to be in control of the bait. Some the sound of what you wrote your lad was in control. You need to learn what buttons to push on your lad to get him motivated.

This is not easy and can only come with practice.

Thanks for the tips, highly appreciated. Now that Easter's coming up, I do have some good ideas in mind. I'll let you know if anything good comes from my baiting.
