Also, the grass seems to grow in some 45 degree angle down there.

What are these "wheels", anyway? Doesn't look like they are really intended to spin at all. I would say a major slap is indicated.

The wheel reminded me of a paint mixing tool.

Now for some strange reason he sent me pictures of him with a mud pack on his face and hair rollers??? I have no idea where that came from or why he did that, but it's funny. I can only assume he has finally gone mental.

I have decided to pay him now.

Something tells me that those wheels won't turn even if you'd drag the cart along behind a real car...
They also seem to have a strange habit of building 'tilted' buildings as well as poles, I wonder how those remain standing...

I have no idea? I really don't. I did ask him that he would need a costume to drive his cart, which was meant to have a cape, a melon, large boots and some flour and jelly. He just made this up all by himself. Laughing

Oh, it's patently obvious now. The MusaCart stops when it runs into something large and immovable. Steering of any kind would cause the braking system to become ineffective.

It has no steering or brakes. I can't be responsible for his shoddy workmanship. I provided detailed specification for a functioning cart. I have also expressed my views in the safety of his vehicle.

I was going to suggest he seal the cart and fill it with water. Acts as a nice cushion while rumbling down the Apapa Oworonsoki Expressway at 60 kph. Very Happy
