Any stress position will work. sitting on an invisible chair with your arms straight out is a fun one.
You could also get him to sit on a landmine, broomstick, or elephants wang. |

Most uncomfortable position? That's easy, a real job. Since I've not been able to get one to do that, streaded in hash conditions is the next best thing. |
