Anyhoo, I've been looking foward to this sort of thing for years. As a synesthete, I've always been frustrated trying to describe the images I see. I'd love to be able to hook up a few wires and show people, "See- that song is purple and striped".

not Urban Myth at all. Today, mind-controlled game controllers are already on the market. They're not easy to use - there's a bit of a learning curve - but the technology is there and is improving day by day.

Neuron is a peer reviewed scientific journal, as far as I know its second only to Science, and Biology so it seems legit. The abstract also reads well... and based on my experiences with nuerofeedback it totally works.
