Dear Friend,

How are you doing today? I just came back from Patrol duty with my unit
got your mail, please accept my deepest apology for contacting you in
this manner over a transaction of this magnitude, but because I am very
desperate to have this funds transferred to a safe location,I salute
your courage in helping a man who is sincerely in need of your help. I
do hope that I am able to become part of civilization again. I say this
because I have faced a lot of horrors here and have seen my comrades and
friends either killed or fatally injured. You begin to wonder what the
value of human life is when you see people around you doing desperate
things to kill their fellow humans. I do not know how to draw a picture
of the happenings here and do not intend to start painting one as it
won't be a pretty sight. I just pray that majority of US here; US
Soldiers, get to go back home to their families alive without any
unpleasant luggage both bodily and mentally. To lay down ones life for
his fellow human and for Love of Country is the Ultimate sacrifice and
this I have sworn to do as a Marine Corps Officer but do bear it in mind
that there is nothing that can compensate our families for the horrors
that we the US Soldiers go through in Iraq.

I want to assure you that this project is real, and one hundred percent
risk free and does not relate to any breach of law or proceed from
drugs. It is a matter of necessity to contact you for assistance without
any further investigations about your person, it is therefore necessary
that you tell me a little about yourself, I hope no form of betrayal
will be experienced in the course of our collaboration? Since I need a
foreigner in this transaction, I must give you my trust this transaction
is no joke and such opportunity comes once in a life time. As stated in
my last email to you, we plan on using diplomatic means to shipping the
money out of Iraq as military cargo into Europe, using diplomatic
immunity by means of a German diplomat who enjoys diplomatic immunity as
a United Nations worker. He has been transferred out of Iraq and is to
start work in Europe. My intention is to have the package sent to you
from within Europe via a Special Security Firm who handles the prompt
delivery of confidential valuables goods for the military, based in
Europe; The German diplomat is to arrive Europe with the Package any
time soon. I will inform you when the package is dropped off and brief
you of any new developments. Be informed that the diplomat is not privy
(unaware) of the contents of the package and is only holding it in safe
keeping for me until instructed further. I want to inform you that I
will not able to call you on phone because our entire squad has access
to only one telephone line which is not convenient for this transaction.

SOURCE OF MONEY:
Some money in various currencies was discovered and concealed in barrels
with piles of weapons and ammunition at a location near one of Saddam
Hussein's old Presidential Palaces during a rescue operation and it was
agreed by all party present that the money be shared amongst us.This
might appear as an illegal thing to do but I tell you what? No
compensation can make up for the risks we have taken with our lives in
this hell hole. The above figure was given to me as my share and to
conceal this kind of money became a problem for me, so with the help of
a German contact working with the UN here(his office enjoys some
immunity)I was able to get the package out to a safe location entirely
out of trouble spot.He does not know the real contents of the package as
he believes that it belongs to an American who died in an air raid,
before giving up trusted me to hand over the package to his close
relative.

I do believe that for this venture of ours to be fruitful, there must be
a strong mutual understanding between both parties, so I will require
that you provide me with any information about yourself for acquaintance
purposes ONLY so that I can know a bit about you since I would be
trusting you with a very large responsibility and entrusting in your
care a huge amount of money. As regards this mutually benefiting
business of ours I am inclined to share the money with you in a 70%, 30%
ratio. The 70% would go to me and the rest which is 30% would be for
you,
I hope to hear from you soonest with the information about yourself
(Name, Full Contact Address, Occupation, Age and Id might be a good option).
Do take care of yourself and pray for the Ones who are fighting the good fight
for Country and Humanity. I await your urgent response.

Respectfully,
Capt. Brain Morgan
United States Marine Corps. IRAQ

Subj: I have some questions about this project

Dear Capt. Brian Morgan;

I have some questions about this project.

This project of yours sounds like it could be rewarding for both of us,
and would help both of us to realize our dreams.

I am single and work as the manager of the Sundance Ranch, a cattle ranch
and mining property located in Southern California, 40 miles from the nearest
town of San Bernadino.

Before I send you more of my personal details, could you answer
some questions about this project you propose?

This is a very large sum of money.
How do we move it out of Iraq without the officials noticing?

Sincerely,

William Jones

Dear William Jones,

How are you doing today? . I want you to understand that everything has
been put in place to have a smooth transacton which is risk free, and
which also does not contradicts any laws of your country. All i need
from you is your re-assurance to me that you can be trusted on this. I
wish to see you in person soon so that we can get to know each other
better.

Please note that I have limited time to be on the internet as the
security situation here in Iraq has worsen and our commander has ordered
us to always be on the alert so there is a limited time for
communication but during my shift, I will always try to be on the
internet to communicate with you. Because our entire squad has access to
only one telephone line and that line will not be convenient for this
transaction. My diplomat friend is still en route with the package to
Europe because he has still not written to me; definitely I will inform
you accordingly once I receive word from him.

ABOUT MYSELF

Like you know, my names Capt. Brian Morgan, I was married with 2kids; my
wife s name is Mrs. Rebecca Morgan, and we got 2 lovely kids, I love
my wife and kids with great passion, but I lost them at the 9/11 bomb
blast, I feel bad talking about them because it was there death that
motivated me to join the US Marine, because when I lost them I lost it
all, my life was messed up and I feel like dieing, it is painful to
remember that I lost my family on that faithful day. Right now I don t
have a family and I am determined to fight terrorism with my last blood.

I have attached some of my pictures to this email which should be kept
discreet. I pray that with your help the funds will be secured please
give me your assurance once more that you will help me through with this
endeavor and ensure that the package is delivered to a safe location as
I am totally incapable to do anything from my position and my only hope
lies on you my friend.

Please I need you to assure me once again that my funds can be safe with
you because there are a lot of scam mails on the internet and I am
afraid of being a victim to fraud because my cousin was a victim of
fraud in a large amount and he killed himself, please I hope you will
give me my own share of the money in the package when you receive it?

Do extend my warmest regards to your family and have a blessed day.

Respectfully,
Capt. Brian Morgan

Dear Capt. Brian Morgan;

Thank you for your kind letter and pictures.

I am sorry to hear of your lost family.

However, I have some more questions about your project.

This sounds like a good deal but I really need to know a few things
about it before we continue.

I am sorry but I have done some more thinking about this project
and I have some more questions:

This sounds very dangerous.
Will I get into trouble with my government?

Dear Capt. Brian Morgan;

I have heard from the barrister David Leonard Rosenblatt Esq.
and asked him for re-assurance, before I send any money to him.

I have been doing some more thinking about this project.

One of our cowboys was recently discharged from the US Army, after
serving in Iraq. I asked him about whether a box coming from Iraq
would be searched before arriving in the United States.

He told me that not only would military authorities search the container,
but so would US Customs agents, unless special labels were put on
the boxes.

What label did you put on the box before shipping it to London?

Subject: United States Marine Corps (Transaction In Order)

Dear William Jones,

Thank you for your email to me. I want you to know that neither the
Diplomat or the Barrister knows the exact content of the package. The
package was registered as valuables items and christmas package, and it
is against diplomatic regulations for any diplomat to open any package
being given to him, also the barrister has no right to open the package
because it was locked with a Code which i have promised to give to you
as soon as the package gets to you.

Please understand that all have been put in place to ensure the
smoothness of this transaction. Please do as the Barrister has
instructed you so that this transaction can be concluded this week.

I await your swift response to this email asap.

Respectfully,
Capt. Brain Morgan

Subj: I think that the package should not be registered

Dear Capt. Brian Morgan;

Thank you for your email and the information.

I think that the package should not be registered as "valuable items",
as that would be an announcement to thieves and criminals to look
into the package.

Is the Barrister going to deliver the package personally or is
he going to send it to me using a delivery service.

Sincerely,

William Jones

Dear David Leonard Rosenblatt;

I am sorry but I will need a printed document to show to the Western Union
office here in San Bernadino, California.

San Bernadino is a small town located near the Mexican border, and the
Western Union office is apparently enforcing security procedures to keep
drug dealers from sending money to each other across the border.
This is a pretty lawless area, and things can get rough here.

Please send me a printed document showing the amount of money in pounds and

Subj: Required California State Tax Form for Western Union

Dear David Leonard Rosenblatt;

I understand that I am to send via Western Union $696) to
Cynthia Hayes, 24 Lincoln 's Inn Fields, LONDON WC2A 3EG, ENGLAND.

I went into the Western Union office this morning and they told me that I
needed a form filled out by the recipient of the money.

I am the manager of the Sundance ranch, a cattle ranch and mining property
located in Southern California, 40 miles from the nearest town of San Bernadino.

I have been informed that as a designated corporation officer, I must report
all financial transactions to the Califoria Office of Taxation.

This is a state law which was passed by the legislature and signed by
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger on November 2, 2007.

I have to submit the completed and signed form to Western Union in order to
send money out of the State of California.

The form needs a hand-written signature before Western Union and the
State of California will accept it.

Please ask Ms. Cynthia Hayes to fill out and SIGN the attached form and
return it to me quickly so that I can send the money.

Sincerely,

William Jones

I was studying your bait when I saw something that just caught me way off guard, although really it shouldn't have. Here is a pic of "Steve Williams" the guy I've been baiting for awhile now...

Image

Every single time I've received an email from him the IP is from england, except for one time when apparently whatever service he was using to mask his IP failed and I managed to see that he was from nigeria. Makes me wonder if this guy really just has so much time on his hands that he can manage all of these crazy schemes simultaneously..

Of course, another question is why a British Barrister is using a picture
of American revolutionary George Washington, on his ID card.
