Most of us would have probably been alerted by the name of this "group". I hope someone can find and kill this site if it hasnt been done already.

Its the first time I have seen someone scammed close to home, although I know its happens to everyone all the time. These two are about to lose there home because of it. It makes me sick.

I'll report it in fake banks and investigate/kill it if.......

Oh all right. This is almost definitely a fake, as it doesn't show up on Utah's corporation registry nor does it show up on their financial institution list. Easy kill here. Oh and its been copied of what I think is a legitimate site, http://creditloan.com

Actually the correct place to send abuse to is Freeservers. Check the DNS information.

Not in the DB yet; I will confer with someone else before adding it although I am certain it's a fake. This site is probably tied in with a big network of Eastern European boiler room/loan scams operating out of Canada.

Sorry Akai, I just did a quick whois search and came up with that....

Just ran this through Copyscape and found two or three potentials. I'll post any sites I think are fake here for further analysis.

Not a problem, it is an easy mistake to make to forget to check the DNS server information; I've done it before myself.

If you found potential copies in Copyscape, chances are they are connected. They have many sites set up, use a single site for about a month or so, then move on to the next site.

Yep, I found three good fakes all a copy of the same site, http://creditloan.com. I've forwarded them to someone more experienced to verify them. Once verified, I'll kill them.

EDIT: Should a new thread be started once this is DBed or is it just slippin through the cracks?
