What to do with scammer passport info

So i have been playing with some fello in Abidjan. Told him there were new rules with regards transfer of money due to world financial melt down and i needed a passport photo and document to be scanned in my side to transfer the money.

The person whom was going to be recieving the money very suddenly had to go to SAfrica but was sent a copy of some secretary's passport. Lokks fairly original.

My question is what to do with this?

PM a Mod, it might be a victims passport, then they can take action and warn the victim
