I'm self employed and am using the Hour Guard time keeping software to track the amount of time I spend on different jobs.
They seem to be giving away most the the software for free with no catches as far as I can see.
There are various free progs for different platforms.

I used their free call recording software a while back, c'ept it was a bugger to get it to work.
