My speakers at work are dead. Is there any way of sending audio through my internal computer speaker?

Probably not - it won't be configured to your sound card, though someone could probably muck around in the BIOS.. but as speakers are so cheap, why not just buy new ones?

(I presume you mean the single speaker that does the beep when you start up, as opposed to stereo internal speakers)

I don't know what OS you are using, but if you Google internal speaker driver, you may find what you want. One of our computers at work is set up like that. The sound quaity really is bad, a cheap set of speakers is much easier on the ears.

If it has (an) internal speaker(s), (i)t(hey) should just work when you unplug the external ones. If you don't hear anything when unplugging, you haven't got internal speakers.
The beeper is designed for what it has to do - beep. You could some sound from it using the correct driver, but sound will be crap, especially if it's the kind of tiny thingy built in on the motherboard.
